The Zapata Gallery opens its doors with the aim of creating a space for art and meetings that contribute to revitalize the cultural panorama of the city of Miami.
The inaugural exhibition is made up of highlights from the personal collection of the founder of this space, Zeriocha Zapata. The exhibition has been organized around three of the artists who have the greatest weight in their collection and responds to the central themes dealt with in their works, the emigration dilemma in the work of the controversial Alexis Leyva Machado (Kcho), the erotic atmosphere and poetics of Vladimir León Sagols and the dreamlike and subjective landscapes of Vladimir León Llaguno.
